A TWITTER TV Show? and What Would Al Gore Do??

Twitter explores a TV show .....

In Mashable The Social Media Guide, talks about what I might call a twitter-com for TV instead of a "sitcom". I don't really want to know what the movie & TV "stars" are doing at any given moment in time, but my imaginative juices have been working overtime creating in my mind ideas for a tv show that has a storyline of how twittering tweets affects their lives - especially from a mobile phone or one of the other high tech gadgets that I know nothing about. It would take some creative writing to have twitter engaging dialogue between tweeters and the consequences from same. I can see hilarity ensuing! Maybe there will be a bidding war happening for an item up for auction at Online Auction! What men talk about...or women...or a man and a woman...a foreign language tech service representative on a help line trying to tweet...a Dr's office relaying test results...neighborhood sleuths...

Anyway, the article was an interesting one...check it out! Click Here for Twitter Article

Speaking of new TV shows, Wednesday May 27 is the debut of a new animated series ‘The Goode Family,’ which pokes fun at a household of environmentalists living in the Midwest.

An article in the Life and Style section of the Wall Street Journal, written by Jamin Brophy-Warren has this to say about Director Mike Judge’s new animated television series "The Goode Family" which is a send-up of a clan of environmentalists who live by the words "What would Al Gore do?"

Gerald and Helen Goode want nothing more than to minimize their carbon footprint. They feed their dog, Che, only veggies (much to the pet’s dismay) and Mr. Goode dutifully separates sheets of toilet paper when his wife accidentally buys two-ply. And, of course, the family drives a hybrid.

From the creator of ‘Beavis and Butt-Head’ and ‘King of the Hill’. Sounds like the perfect spoof on environmentalists, being politically correct, and being TOO green to defy common sense. I for one, will be watching...at least once!!!
